House Rules

We want your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing, so your first house rule is to HAVE FUN!!

No parties or events allowed (What qualifies as a party?? If people are being super loud and clothes are coming off, that may be too much for our genteel establishment & neighborhood…seriously, our neighbors will call the cops on you…seriously)

No smoking allowed (it stinks, in so many ways)

No pets allowed (we have random animals in the area that may enjoy your tiny animals as treats...nah, this hasn't really happened,… yet, but don't bring your pets, please)

Unfortunately, our home is not suitable for children under 12. The indoor pool is over 5-foot deep over it's entirety, with no shallow end, and some of our upstairs railing widths may pose a risk to smaller children….and let’s be real…we can all use a vacay sans our tots

No unregistered guests allowed (unless they're your private butler and carrying your luggage)

Please respect check-in and check-out times (or you may encounter some new friends that may, or may not, be "crazies from the woods" type of people)

No illegal substances allowed (drug dogs on premises...just kidding...or, are we?)

Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home pointed at our doors/garages.Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

And, most importantly (after the “have fun” thing) is that by agreeing to our house rules, and booking our property, you are accepting full responsibility for any accidents. (We should all be mature enough not to drink to much in the pool, guys…)

Any failure to follow any of our house rules is grounds for eviction….and none of us want that awkwardness in our lives, do we? So, if you don't agree with any of our rules, you have 24 hours to cancel penalty-free.

Cancellation Policy

 

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
